Joint-Service is the biggest event of the year for ROTC members. It is held on Armed Forces day, and lasts from early in the morning until the late hours of the night. In the morning all the ROTC services do a Pass in Review in front of a reviewing officer, and everyone's family and friends. This Pass in Review is followed by an awards ceremony that distinguishes the achievements of ROTC members. Later that evening a Joint-Service Ball is held. ROTC members and staff are invited along with their dates and wives to attend a full dress dinner and dance. It is always a fun and professional view into the military.
